Workride's process is straightforward: Employers sign up through Workride's platform, and their employees then select their new ride from approved retailers. The employer covers the initial cost, with employees making a salary sacrifice over 12 months to balance it out. At the end of this period, the employees have the option to own their ride, effectively locking in their savings.
